Project U Fitness, led by Chris Roche, has over 10 years of experience in personal training and group classes in Halton, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.

Offering a combination of challenging sessions in a friendly, supportive environment Project U Fitness uses results-driven exercise and routine check-ins to keep you on track for your health and fitness goals. Community and teamwork is a big part of what we do and this is what keeps our members and clients motivated, committed, and making progress.

We provide personal training, group classes, and online coaching. For a complete health package we provide personal training, a nutritionist, and physiotherapy support in one package.

We want you to exceed your expectations and make a positive, long-term lifestyle change.

 Group Classes

HIIT

High-intensity interval training. It is what it’s name suggests. Intense! Burn fat and build muscle while increasing your metabolism.

Circuits

A combination of resistance training and cardiovascular training. A full body stimulus to burn fat, build core strength, and muscular endurance.

Bootcamp

Held in our exclusive on-site bootcamp area. Flip tyres, throw barrels, climb ropes and maybe even do the monkey bars.

 Personal Training

Our goal is to help you exceed yours. Personal training is about you!

We understand those goals will be unique to you and you will have your own reasons behind wanting to approach a personal trainer. That’s why we would like to get to know you, your story, and your goals (both in and out of the gym).

Although we could set you a quick fix programme – to us your health and fitness journey is about longevity, sustainability, and continual progress.

Through our 1-2-1 coaching, a tailored programme and bespoke sessions together we can get you beyond where you imagined and help you realise your own unique potential.
